Then to prepare for a new PR strategy we restaged and reshot the home to give it a new look for a PR campaign that combined local and national placements in publications like Robb Report and Angeleno. Finally, after targeted outreach to top agents, the campaign resulted in the sale of the home in ninety days for $12M.
